1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lucky65 ("lucky65," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lucky65 website located at lucky65.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

lucky65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of lucky65, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create and maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If lucky65 discovers that you hold more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify lucky65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

lucky65 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lucky65 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and the payment method used.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. lucky65 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your lucky65 account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 1–3 business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. lucky65 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• lucky65 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• lucky65 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lucky65 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• lucky65 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any promotion, or disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on lucky65 — including live dealer tables, slot games, bingo rooms, and crash games such as Monster Crash and Insect Master — operate under specific game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• lucky65 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and independent of previous results.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on lucky65's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• lucky65 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Winnings generated through the exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities will be voided and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
• lucky65 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any game at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky65 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lucky65 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky65 platform — including but not limited to the lucky65 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lucky65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lucky65.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky65 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Technical failures, including server outages, connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities.

lucky65's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lucky65 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

lucky65 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on lucky65, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lucky65 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and lucky65 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Responsible Gaming

lucky65 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

lucky65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your lucky65 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact lucky65's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lucky65 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lucky65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lucky65 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the lucky65 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
